The Feet Between - An Elden Ring Barefoot Mod

UPDATE:

It seems as though the tool I use (DSmapstudio) to develop the mod has not yet been updated to support the new DLC.  According to comments and my own initial launching of the game, the DLC may cause issues with this mod possibly including but not limited to:  messed up character faces; incorrect footprint patterns and sounds; anything else pertaining to the regulation.bin file (almost everything).  I will be keeping tabs on the status of DSmapstudio and begin updating this mod as soon as possible.

Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC:

I fully intend to de-shoe all of the armors that will be added in the upcoming DLC.  However, this may take quite some time considering I have a day job.  My plan is to release a compatibility patch (if necessary) that will make all existing edits work with the new version of the game as soon as the required modding tools are updated to support the DLC.  After that, I'm gonna wait a few weeks for the community to locate all the armors in game and catalog their IDs (I don't have the time to do all that).  Once I have a complete list of all the armors that need barefooting, I'll get to work editing the armor meshes themselves.  This could take days or weeks depending on how many armors are added to the game.

INTRODUCTION:

What this mod does:

Makes all* female NPCs barefoot.  1. 2 now featuring barefoot Melina!  For a barefoot Ranni, I highly recommend trying out this mod. (Because I can hard confirm I aint gonna do it myself)

Makes all female player armor barefoot.

Edits all footstep sounds to the barefoot sound effects.

Changes all footprints to barefoot footprints.

Removes headwear from Sorceress Sellen, Nepheli Loux, Fia, and Tanith.

Shortens Fia's robe, so that her feet are more easily visible.

Alters the elden lord crown to remove the white hair, instead displaying the player's own hair.

Optional File:  Makes female feet dirty.

INSTALLATION:

Install Mod Engine.  It can be found on its official GitHub Page:  https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases

Place this mod's 'parts' folder, 'chr' folder, and the 'regulation.bin' file into mod engine's 'Mod' folder.

Optional File Install:  Place the "fc_f_0000.partsbnd.dcx" and "fc_f_0100.partsbnd.dcx" files into this mod's 'parts' folder where everything else is.

Be sure to run the game through Mod
