Teachings of Destined Death - An Ash of War mod

It is said that seekers of fated death seek to unify body and soul,

Wielded by martial artists who studied under

the silent monk, they seek out death wherever it may be.

Teachings of Destined Death

A stance Ash of war with looping light attacks and a cancellable heavy attack,

The first Light attack will launch you in the air, with followup attacks increasing your airtime,

and launching blades of destined death in a small area around you.

The Heavy attack is activated by Holding R2 while in the stance,

continue holding R2 to launch Black Blade projectiles,

letting go at any point will launch you backwards into a dodge,

after the current attack animation follows through ofcourse (BALANCE!).

The Ash of war has a default Sacred affinity,

can be equipped on both Hand-to-Hand armaments.

Will scale with weapon upgrade level and user's Faith

This mod was made to be highly mergeable and lightweight, because you're probably playing with a cool modpack already.

Merge Tae 942 into the c0000.anibnd,

as well as all extra animations in the other anibnd file.

Merge the changes in the c000.hks commented with -- Destined Pupil

You will need to merge FXR files provided into your common or sfxbnd_c0000.ffxbnd.

search the regulation.bin for [ Destined Pupil ] for all relevant entries.

I've also included optional files for merging.

and an optional download for the high-res icon when in detail view.

The AOW is dropped by the blackblade gargoyle infront of the bestial sanctum in caelid.

(or you can pick the secret starting class on the 2nd class selection menu)

To Install:

• []download mod engine 2: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases and extract its contents to the game folder

  []Download the mod and extract everything into the "mod" folder in the same directory as the "modengine2_launcher.exe".

• Start the game from launchmod_eldenring.bat
