This is a collection of magic enhancements to make a pure magic playthrough more viable.

  []cancel system from dexterity added to spells

  []catalysts/magic requirements removed

  []catalysts cast both forms of magic

  []catalysts have new (added) scaling

  []2 fp regen per second

  []all magic use 1 spell slot

  []static magic slots increased to 13 (no need for memory stones)
