Siluria's Woe but it's a railgun

I made Siluria's Woe a lil excessive. It has more than range than possible to use, travels much, much faster, and hits a little harder as well.

I recommend using this mod with another one I uploaded that gives way more range so you can actually use it. Here.

There are times where it just kind of misses? I'm not gonna do anything about that though because this was something I tossed together in free time. It usually misses when the enemy is close and slightly up, or close and slightly down. It just has a hard time turning super quickly because the projectile is moving so quick.

I used modengine2 to run this, but I have no clue if anything else can be used. Just toss the regulation file in the mod folder of modengine2, its the simplest method.

Backup your save and whatever else. Mods can cause issues and it's not my problem if something goes wrong.
