Serpentbone Blade Infusible with proper scaling

i got sick of no one updating the mod for this weapon so to all of you that like this weapon and wish it was properly balanced here ya go

just go into the text editor, click on the Item tab English/your language which opens a couple new drop down tabs, then click Weapons, Search "Serpentbone blade" and you'll see the names with the ERRORs just click on each one and remove the ERROR text from the "TITLE". The TITLE line is the only one that needs editing if you wish to change the in-game text.
