Rellana's Twin Blades - Guard Block - Parry - Catalyst

Overview

Replaces the L1 left-hand attack string performed while two-handing the weapon with the usual block/guard action most other weapons have (just like other guards, it can guard counter and also deflect with the Deflecting Hardtear).

On request, added an alternate standalone file that instead replaces the two-handed L1 with thematically fitting parry skills: Buckler Parry/Thops's Barrier/Carian Retaliation.

Also on request, added a file that turns the R2 attacks into a catalyst capable of channeling both sorceries and incantations.

Catalyst version notes:

- With the weapon's low int and faith scaling, it made for a really lackluster catalyst. To remedy this, its stats have been edited for the catalyst version only:

It was given much lower base magic and fire damage but much higher int and faith scaling, as a result it should have similar attack damage as the vanilla version but it will also deal meaningful damage when casting.

- Added an invisible dummy (reference point) to the twin blades' model so that it shows visual effects when casting sorceries like all staffs, also only for the catalyst version.

Compatible with Elden Ring 1. 16 and 1. 15 (except the catalyst version which is only compatible with 1. 16 since it changes regulation.bin).

Installation

Requires Mod Engine 2

1. Download the file you wish to use (they are all standalone).

2. Copy the contents of the "mod" folder included in the mod file into Mod Engine 2's "mod" folder.

Combining multiple files together:

-Guard + Parry: incompatible as they replace the same action (L1).

-Catalyst + Parry: simply install them together (they edit different files).

-Guard + Catalyst:, you only need to download the catalyst file which includes an optional merge of both: simply overwrite the "action" file found in the "mod" folder with the "action" file found in the "Optional - L1 Guard Block + R2 Catalyst" folder.

Merging

Guard Block version:

This version does a small edit to the c0000.hks action script, so merging is required if another mod edits that same file. In that case, it's easier and faster to simply replicate the couple of edits made by this mod into the other mod's hks script (no need to download this mod then), following these steps:
