PVP Holy Damage Fix

Since Elden Ring Launched there has been a bug preventing most buffs to holy damage to not function in PVP. This is when the buff applies to attack. If the buff applies to damage which has its own PVP section it does work. So I have moved the increase in the attack section of the affected buffs to the PVP damage, and damage sections for the same amount.

Below are the buffs that did not work in PVP that I have fixed. If there are any that I have missed or any other issues please let me know. I have not gotten around to fixing affected DLC buffs yet.

Flock’s Canvas

Arrow’s Sting

Curved Sword

Companion Jar

Godfrey Icon

Radiant Gold Mask

Envoy Crown

HOW TO INSTALL

To install with Mod Engine 2:

1. Download the latest version of Mod Engine 2 and extract the zip file to a folder.

2. Download the latest version of “PVP Holy Damage Fix” and put the "PVP Holy Damage Fix" folder in the same directory as the extracted Mod Engine 2 files.

3. Either rename the "PVP Holy Damage Fix" folder to "mod" to use the mod with the default Mod Engine 2 configuration files, or modify the "config_eldenring.toml" file to point to the "PVP Holy Damage Fix" folder.

4. Make sure Steam is open.

5. Run "launchmod_eldenring.bat" to start the mod.

ADDING TO ANOTHER MOD

Use DS Map studio. All params altered are under SpEffectParam. Just search each of the items altered above. Jar helm is just “Jar”, and the Omen set just search “Omen” and you will see a param for each piece of the armor set.
