Information:
+ Base Alteration + Combat Alteration staff.
+ Base Alteration staff replace Astrologer's Staff (1319)/ Combat Alteration staff replace Glintstone Staff (1310).
+ 8 colors for the crystal part: Red/Blue/Yellow/Green/Orange/Purple/Cyan/White.
+ You can change weapon ID to any staff you want (untested). Search the other ID here: Item ID
Installation:

+ Drop the .dcx files to "GAME/mod/parts".
