Parry With Casting Tools (Glintstone Staves and Sacred Seals)

Fixed the parry timings on Glintstone Staves so they work more consistently with Ashes of War besides Golden Parry. Both Glintstone Staves and Sacred Seals should now have the same parry frames and timings as Small Shields. THANK YOU TO 600poundman for informing me about how to fix this.

Disabled Ashes of War on the Carian Regal Scepter, due to not being compatible with its unique Weapon Skill.

Parry with catalysts! Works with every Sorcery Staff and Sacred Seal in the game besides the Carian Regal Scepter.

This allows all of them to be used to parry when equipped in the left hand or two-handed in the right hand, enables all of them to equip Ashes of War, and allows all parry Ashes of War to be equipped on both Sorcery Staves and Sacred Seals. Staves still have access to the Spinning Weapon Ash of War, just like in the base game, but now all of them can use it, even unique staves such as the Prince of Death's Staff and the Demi-Human Queen's Staff, and both types of catalysts also have access to the No Skill Ash of War. The only exception to this is the Carian Regal Scepter, due to parrying being incompatible with its unique Weapon Skill, which I did not want to remove from it.

Detailed changes:

All Sorcery Staves and Sacred Seals besides the Carian Regal Scepter have been given the ability to equip and use Ashes of War.

All Sorcery Staves and Sacred Seals besides the Carian Regal Scepter can now equip the Parry, Storm Wall, Carian Retaliation, Thops' Barrier, Golden Parry, and No Skill Ashes of War.

All Sorcery Staves can also use the Spinning Weapon Ash of War.

Carian Retaliation, Thops' Barrier, and Storm Wall maintain their special feature of being able to parry spells or physical projectiles.

I do not know what the parry timings/frame data on the catalyst parries are. I assume they're the same as on Medium Shields, as I've had much greater success parrying with Carian Retaliation, Thops' Barrier, and Golden Parry than with the basic Parry and Storm Wall.

Glintstone Staves and Sacred Seals all have the same parry frame data as Small Shields. You will still get the greatest amount of active parry frames using Carian Retaliation, regardless of what you use it on.

Extract the Casting Tool Parry regulation.bin file into the ModEngine-2. 1. 0. 0-win64/mod folder

Run the game through the launchmod_eldenring.bat file in the Mod Engine 2 folder
