📋 About This Mod
A total overhaul mod crafted for players who truly love role-playing and open world.
Mod Overview
Ordo Perfectus
completely overhauls Elden Ring’s core systems, blending the thrill of action combat with the depth of a classic RPG. We break the “jack-of-all-trades” meta and make every playstyle genuinely distinct; we reshape exploration, resource management, and battle tactics so that victory comes from your wits and preparation, out-levelling will be truly meaningful. This mod essentially makes the game feel more like an RPG. While it generally makes the game easier overall, if you're looking for a challenge, the low-level experience definitely won't disappoint you.
Core Philosophy
- Choice is Style – Stats, gear, and spells are not mere numbers, they define your unique combat identity.
- Exploration – Every corner of the world holds treasures; active scavenging and selling will keep you wealthy and powerful.
- Strategy – Poise damage, counters, ripostes, and terrain are your true weapons – outsmarting stronger enemies is not a myth.
Localization
English
简体中文
You can follow the Localization Guidance in the miscellaneous files to complete the localization for your own language in a short space of time.
The gameplay mechanics of Ordo Perfectus do not rely on localization, but untranslated MOD may cause Incorrect tutorial texts, immersion issues and confusion in a few missions.
Key Changes in Detail
Attributes & Progression – No More Mediocrity
- Full stat rework – Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Faith, and others now have re-balanced growth curves and secondary effects. Every point invested feels meaningful.
- Specialised builds – Mages and warriors follow totally different levelling strategies; pure casters, strength chads, faith paladins, and stealth assassins all have clear strengths and weaknesses. You no longer need to level everything.
- Tangible RPG growth – Each level-up gives a noticeable boost to your combat effectiveness.
Combat & Tactics – Outthink, Not Outtrade
- Poise damage, counters, and ripostes overhauled – These mechanics are now decisive. Perfect blocks, heavy attack poise-breaks, and backstabs can turn the tide against even the toughest bosses, every fight becomes a duel of wits.
- Much higher mobility – Jumping, rolling, and sprinting are more responsive; use high ground and obstacles to evade enemies, or discover never-before-seen shortcuts. If you encounter difficulties with the parkour mechanics while playing with a controller, try third-person mode.
- Spell & weapon rebalance – Underused spells and weapons are buffed; overpowered ones are slightly toned down. You may now use your favourite gear without feeling gimped.
- Resource management takes a back seat – HP/FP slowly regenerates, reducing the need to flasks constantly, while FP management remains a strategic choice.
Exploration & Pacing – Your Rhythm, Your World
- No zones scaling – Enemy levels are fixed per region; you can attempt vanilla high-level areas early now, or grind to crush areas that once gave you trouble, direct feedback for your growth.
- Fewer forced map locks – Main and side quests are more flexible, allowing you to explore most regions freely.
- Lower starting resources – You begin with only basic supplies, encouraging thorough exploration of the Lands Between, from scavenger to Elden Lord.
- Detours are valid – Meet an unbeatable foe? Simply bypass and come back later, the world offers no dead ends, only future triumphs
