Open Enemy Control

This is a (clean room) re-implementation of Yui's Enemy Control mod. It works about the same way as that mod: lock on to a target, press F1 to control, and press F2 to release.

It currently does not adjust the camera/FOV for larger enemies, so the camera angle may look awkward. A future version will fix this. For now, you should probably use it with a mod that adjusts FOV or use a CE Cheat Table to adjust it.

Installation

Extract the zip file, and launch the game with erd_launcher.exe file. It will automatically locate your Steam installation of the game. This won't work with pirated copies, so don't ask about it in the comments please and thank you.

No, unless you modify the source code to launch with EAC.

My antivirus is complaining about this!

That's normal, this mod behaves the same way as the typical malware does, except that this only targets eldenring.exe and not your personal info. If you're not convinced, you can check out the source code for this mod.

Why does this exist?

Yui's mod is incompatible with the current version of the game, and is closed-source.
