When you also don't like the permanent never-ending big city main street like sounds of talismans like Ritual sword talisman and others, this is your mod! I did remove most of the perma-sounds from all kind of items and abilities but
You can install the mod by using Mod Engine 2. If you don't want to use it, it's also possible to just replace the regulation.bin in you Elden Ring directory with the one from this mod. But be aware to not play online before reverting back to the original one!
