📋 About This Mod
Every Enemy has lost their scaling, this goes for damage, health, stamina, defences, resistances!The only exeption is NG+ but the scaling is low. About 5%!
No more scaling for enemies and NPCs. You can stop worrying about being underleveled and under equiped! Upgrades and level ups are now only a suggestion rather than a must have! Only in NG+ will their powers rise again, but only a little!
In order to Modify your Elden Ring there is 3 ways.
1. Replace your Regulation.bin file in your Elden Ring Folder, then start the game in offline Mode, there are some mods that have an offline starter!
2. Put the Regulation bin into your mod folder in ModEngine2
3. Create a folder put the Regulation bin inside it and then put that folder into your Elden Ring folder in ModEngine3
