It is the basically the same as merging sfx files, but you throw the matbin files into the allmaterial.matbinbnd.dcx (file path included) 

Tarnished Edition added some new materials within the allmaterial.matbinbnd file. I merged it no issue on my own, but I know some struggle, and some might not know what are the loose matbin files, so I added those as a loose option.

(you should be fine to run this even without tarnished edition)

Install is extremely simple.

Make sure you downloaded mod engine 2, and just place this folder in the mod folder within the game directory.

If using MO3, just throw it in your mod folder.
