Known Issues:
If you spam the skill the lightning grease will end faster
The Unsheathe heavy attack could miss sometimes to small enemies
The 2 - 3 secs Lightning grease stacks with other elements
Requires ModEngine2

Merging Regulation.bin using Smithbox by importing the csv file i provided
Merging c0000.anibnd.dcx using WitchyBND:
The file a614.tae is the only modified file so just transfer that to your c0000.anibnd.dcx
