Lategame Damage Fix

Reduces the absurd spikes in difficulty that exist mostly towards the end of the game.

This mod only affects enemy damage. Things like HP, resistances, and defenses are unchanged. The first half of the game is also unchanged in terms of difficulty. All the difficulty spikes between areas still exist, they are just a fair amount smaller in most cases. Below is a rough outline of how much damage was reduced in each area.

Tier 06 (Ainsel River): -3%

Tier 07 (Liurnia / Caria Manor / Academy): -4%

Tier 08 (Caelid): -5%

Tier 09 (Altus Plateau): -7%

Tier 10 (Mt. Gelmir / Capital Outskirts / Nokron): -10%

Tier 11 (Leyndell / SE Caelid): -13%

Tier 12 (Volcano Manor / Deeproot Depths / Nokstella): -15%

Tier 13 (Mountaintops): -20%

Tier 14 (Moonlight Altar / Leyndell Sewers): -20%

Tier 15 (Farum Azula): -25%

Tier 16 (Dragonbarrow / Ashen Capital): -25%

Tier 17 (Consecrated Snowfield): -25%

Tier 18 (Mohgwyn Palace): -25%

Tier 19 (Haligtree Roots): -25%

Tier 20 (Elphael): -25%

Tier 21 (Malenia): -25%

New Game Plus Scaling Tweaks :

- The scaling post NG+ has also been slightly reduced, enemies now only gain 5% more physical, elemental, and stamina damage per cycle.

- The poise resistance multiplier has also been lowered in NG+6 & 7 by 5% & 10% respectively, to match the 5% increase per cycle.

Installation

1. Make a backup of your regulation.bin file.

2. Drag and drop the regulation.bin into the "Elden Ring/Game/" directory.

To uninstall this mod you will need to replace the regulation.bin file with your backup.

Alternate (CSV) Installation

Import the data using Smithbox or DsMapStudio, but make sure they are in their latest version.
