These are Kayn's Scythes, from League of Legends. By default they'll replace the Scythe, Halo Scythe and Winged Scythe. (You can change what it replaces by changing the files names before installing.)
If you don't want NPC's, Invaders and summons to have this weapon, remove the file that has "_l" on the name before installing.
These are a bit bigger in file size because the textures are upscaled to 4K, so while the download may take a while, they'll look very good in game!
Ripped straight from the game by me.
Use ModEngine to install (link: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases ). Just extract the files and place them in the "parts" folder, inside your mods folder.
