Just a few tweaks...

Modded some values in regulation.bin using Yapped Rune Bear. The game will still be much like the vanilla game. In truth, I do not intend to modified it a lot, just a few tweaks here and there. Below you will find a resume of the modifications. There's a .xlsx whitin the .rar where you can find everything that was modified.

1. 1. Enemies:

1. 1. 1. NG --> had their HP and Damage rebalanced. The final areas (like Haligtree) had their HP and Damage slightly reduced from vanilla.

1. 1. 2. NG+ --> the first area (Limgrave Tunnel) have 90% of the HP and Damage of the Haligtree Area from NG. From their, all the others areas will gradualy increase the HP and Damage of enemies for about 20% until end game areas.

1. 1. 3. Malenia --> life reduced to 75% (Base HP 2489 to 1867).

1. 2. Smithing Stones for upgrade --> from 2/4/6 smithing stones required for upgrade to 2/2/2.

1. 3. Whetblades:

1. 3. 1. Heavy, Keen, Quality --> increased Guard Boost.

1. 3. 2. Elementals --> no longer reduce the Guard Absorption on the elements. Just try some elemental affinities on your shield, will be worth.

1. 4. Armors --> some armor sets had their poise increased.

1. 4. 1. Increased to 51 --> Iron Set, Kaiden Set, Drake Knight Set, Ronin's Set, Black Knife Set, Briar Set, Elden Lord Set, All-Knowing Set, Twinned Set, Hollow Set, Vagabond Set, Royal Remains Set, Bloodhound Set, Raging Wolf Set, Eccentric Set, Carian Knight Set, Haligtree Knight Set.

1. 4. 2. Increased to 55 --> Fingerprint Set, Knight Set, Maliketh's Set.

1. 4. 3. Increased to 58 --> Night's Cavalry Set, Royal Knight Set.

1. 4. 4. Increased to 71 --> Malformed Dragon Set

1. 4. 5. Eye Surcoat and Tree Surcoat increased from 21 to 24.

1. 5. Items and magic:

1. 5. 1. Blessed Dew Talisman and Icon Shield --> now recover a % of your HP, not a flat number.

1. 5. 2. Great Turtle Shell --> increased the Stamina Recovery.

2. 3. Unzip this mod and open the folder.

2. 4. Copy the regulation.bin from this mod and paste it in the mod folder of Mod Engine 2 (...\ModEngine-2. 1. 0. 0-win64\mod).

2. 5. Launch Steam.

2. 6. Launch the application launchmod_eldenring.exe inside Mod Engine 2 folder.
