Improved Raytracing shadows (fix softness issue)

Tired of these soft RT shadows ? But you can't stand the flickery raster shadows ?

Or just want to use RTAO but keep raster shadows for some reason ?

Well, this mod is for you !

Performance hit : insignificant on a RTX 4080 + 7800X3D.

Ultra RT preset :

- softness issue fixed (no penumbra)

High RT Preset :

- softness issue fixed (no penumbra)

And if you want to use RTAO but keep raster shadows for slightly better performance:

(Basically, same as this mod)

Medium RT preset is now :

- disable RT shadows (RTAO only)

- softness issue fixed (no penumbra)

- rest is based on vanilla ultra preset

Low RT preset is now :

- disable RT shadows (RTAO only)

- softness issue fixed (no penumbra)

- rest is based on vanilla high preset

With medium/low presets above, the raster shadow resolution depends on the "shadow quality" setting.

Now ultra is 8k, high is 4k, etc (double of vanilla)

Raster shadows have some issues though, they flicker when really close and moving camera slowly...

My recommendation :

- You want best quality ? go ultra preset

- You like RTAO but dislike RT shadows (even with this fix) ? Then go medium

I don't recommend high or low presets, the fps difference is insignificant (<1fps) compared to the preset above

Either use Ultra (full RT) or Medium (RTAO only)

(When I say "rest is based on xxx preset", I'm mainly talking about the resolution and render distance)

Installation steps :

- Install ModEngine2

- Drop this param folder into game-folder\mod\

- launch the game with ModEngine2 .bat file
