1. Sites Of grace don't heal you

2. Flasks of Crimson Tears Heal 10 hp and upon leveling to max it will heal 50 hp

3. Enemies now have new game + damage and heal without having extra rune drops

4. The Health bar and FP bar are completely Broken so you don't know how much hp you have left

5. Healing uses stamina

6. all characters start at 1 vigor And 1 endurance

7. Golden Runes are worth far less

8. Scale does not work anymore

9. Defense/hp/fp Scaling is now far worst

10. Margit is harder

11. 90% of Sites of grace have been removed

12. Talisman are worst

13. 1 max health

14. 30 max stamina

15-20. You will find out from playing.
