When you kill a lord and place his rune, you will have its benefits, when you kill the next lord, you will have the previous benefits along with the new rune. The changes are simple, without exaggeration, the game will not be "easy", but you will notice that you have a little more chance in the Elden Ring experience. Good hunting for the Tarnished Lords Runes!
