📋 About This Mod
This mod adds the cold sorcery boost from the Snow Witch Hat to the Navy Hood. It also includes an optional ice-blue recolor and flavor text for the description.
It kinda sucks that the Snow Witch Hat is hard to pair with a lot of armor sets despite it exclusively having the cold sorceries boost. Especially egregious is the fact that the Dark Moon Greatsword (all weapons held on the shoulder, in fact) clips right through it. So I decided to add the buff to the lower-profile Navy Hood. While I was at it, I also decided to change the item description for maximum immersion as well as recolor the hood to a light blue with sorta silver/white trim (these latter 2 changes are completely optional).
To install, simply drop the regulation.bin into your mod folder in ModEngine. A CSV will also be provided if you'd like to merge the changes into your own regulation.
The install path will be provided on the Files tab for the 2 optional files.
