Taken from the original description:
- Enables all the weathers and variations for every region
- Only weathers that make sense for its specific region; no snow outside of the Mountaintops and Snowfields, no fog in Caelid, higher chance of rain in the Weeping Peninsula
- Legacy dungeons and specific locations are not affected (Mistwood ,Stormhill, Moonlight Altar)
