Executor's Suncatcher mode in Elden Ring

This mod adds Executor's skill into Elden Ring. Dring the skill, you can deflect, charge your weapon, and unlock AOW. Also support surge sprint canel and thumble cancel guard counter. Just the same as Executor in Nightreign.

(If you're using Mod Engine 3, you don't need to make any changes. It should work well.)

The installion is the same as other mods. Unzip the mod and put it into the mod folder, for example, 'Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game\mod'. And start the game using 'launchmod_eldenring.bat'.

To activate or deactivate skill, press and hold the 'Event Action' key then press the 'Skill' key. For controller is the same as Nightreign, press and hold 'Y' then press 'L2' by default. For keyboard, the actual key depends on your own key settings.

You can press the 'Crouch' key to do surge sprint cancel. For controller is the same as Nightreign, press your left stick 'L3' by default. For keyboard press the 'Crouch' key in your own settings.

Not only Katana, you can activate skill no matter what weapon you're equipped. Most weapons support deflecting and unlocked AOW during the skill. However, I only replace the moveset of light weapons. So other types of weapon will keep their original moveset.

During the skill, Everything is the same as Nightreign!!!

• []Unlike Nightreign, activating skill does not switch weapon, so it won't clear the weapon's buffs, as well as ailment status on your weapon.[/]

  []Weapon handing style after sheathing will be restored to the style before unsheathing, rather than force to 1 handing in Nightreign.[/]

  []Successful deflection will cause poise damage to the enemy. But I set a limit to the distance. Poise damage will be ignored if you're too far away from the enemy.[/]

  []Just like NIghtreign, you can‘t guard as quickly as you input during the skill. There will be a time interval between guard actions.[/]

  []I make it easier to trigger critical attack when enemy is knocked down.[/]

  []Your blocking will get 100% physical defense in Suncatcher mode (similar to Nightreign).[/]

  []You can toggle sprint by 'L3(Crouch)' key now. And 'Y(Event Action)' + 'L3(Crouch)' key to do the original crouch. Free your dodge key and become true nightfarers (You can still sprint by pressing dodge key though).

  []During the skill, your hand will emit red light as a hint. Your rolling action will be changed into step as Executor. You can only walk slowly.[/]
