As a basis, I kindly borrowed a ready-made mod "Maximum Quality Visuals Test" from the author "anfbauthor" (I hope he doesn't mind) and adjusted it to my liking, the main task was. To achieve a visible improvement in image quality, at the cost of a slight loss in performance

Attention, I do not exclude the possibility of crashes and other graphical errors. It is likely that when using the mod in your PC configuration, it may cause the game to crash. I always recommend making backups of your saves when you are trying to modify a game.

I haven't had enough time yet to do a thorough stress test to find out how stable he is. So, consider it an experiment.

Changes made:

The LOD models have been replaced with better ones, now they will be displayed regardless of the distance between the player and the object. Thanks to this, it was possible to achieve the maximum possible texture detail and shadow rendering range. The trees and rocks began to look much better. It was possible to restore previously lost small details from a distance.

Compared to its counterparts, my version of the mod is more optimized and less demanding, and it finds a balance between image quality and optimal performance. That is why it is suitable for a wider range of PC configurations. The loss of frames per second, depending on the location, can reach 10-15%, the most ideal variation for those who want to update the visual component of the ELDEN RING game, and at the same time not spend all possible resources on updates.

Choosing a mod version:

The first (1. 11) focuses on significantly improving image quality, in exchange for your excessive performance. The second (1. 21) offers a middle ground, a balance between quality and performance, with a focus shifted to optimizing locations from DLS.
