Elden Ring Improved Selectors - Autocast

Now you can choose the auto-cast behavior after selecting a spell slot

Configuring config.toml according to the guide below is required

Version 3. 0 has been released, and it’s the most stable one so far. I’ve tested it in a ton of situations and haven’t encountered a single bug: things like miscasts, misclicks (an accidental light attack when using catalyst weapons in ER Reforged), etc. Right now the mod feels like it’s part of the game (at least for me). Pouch shortcuts have also been added

Autocast Configuration (config.toml):

• []auto_cast_on_next_prev = true/false - enables/disables auto-casting when scrolling the mouse wheel

  []auto_cast = true/false - global setting that enables/disables auto-casting entirely

  []cast_style_default - default auto-cast execution style (lmb/rmb or rmb_lmb for Reforged catalyst weapons)

  []cast_style_slots - array of cast styles for each slot, in order.

  For example:  cast_style_slots = ["lmb", "rmb", "rmb_lmb"]

  means that slot 1 will use LMB after selecting the spell, slot 2 will use RMB, and slot 3 will use RMB + LMB, which is required for Reforged catalyst weapons.

Pouch Configuration (config.toml):

• []pouch_action_vk - your action button ("E" by default in the vanilla game)

  []pouch_slot_vks - the sequence of keys you use to activate pouch items without the mod (E + key)

• pouch_# - the key you use to trigger the shortcut

(More details are in the config file itself)

Please note that you still need to bind buttons to spell slots in the section of config.toml (same as in the original mod) if you want to rebind them from the default 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

Key codes

There are also a bunch of other settings (safety timings, logging, etc.) that you usually don’t need to change. But if you want to play around with them, they should all be labeled - let me know if anything isn’t clear

Note about FPS unlockers

It is strongly recommended not to use FPS unlockers with this mod (same as with Reforged), because they can severely disrupt timing and lead to unpredictable behavior. However, you can still use ERSS-FG as long as you don’t enable the FPS unlock option in its menu and only use Frame Generation.
