Restore the Glory of Elden Ring’s Most Devastating Weapons, Ashes of War, and Spells!

Over time, FromSoftware has nerfed many of Elden Ring’s weapons, Ashes of War, sorceries, and incantations—reducing their power, changing their mechanics, or increasing their stamina/FP costs. While balance is important, some players miss the legendary strength these weapons once had.

This mod restores all nerfed weapons, Ashes of War, sorceries, and incantations to their peak power, as they were in their strongest versions across all patches—bringing back the pre-nerf experience while keeping everything else up to date with version 1. 16.

Features

✅ Restores ALL nerfed weapons to their strongest pre-nerf stats (damage, speed, poise damage, stamina consumption, etc.).

✅ Restores ALL nerfed Ashes of War, bringing back their original hitboxes, damage values, and FP costs.

✅ Restores nerfed sorceries & incantations to their most powerful versions (damage, cast speed, FP cost, etc.).

✅ Fully compatible with Elden Ring version 1. 16.

✅ No other gameplay changes—only the buffs are reverted!

What’s Included?

    •    Rivers of Blood – Corpse Piler’s damage and bleed build-up restored to peak levels.

•    Flaming Strike (Ash of War) – Reverts the damage nerf and restores its original speed.

•    Stars of Ruin (Sorcery) – Reverts FP cost increase and restores its previous tracking speed.

•    Flame of the Redmanes (Ash of War) – Poise damage restored to pre-nerf values.

Installation Instructions

    Download and extract the mod files into the "mod" folder under Mod Engine 2.

1. Download Mod Engine 2: go to Mod Engine 2

2. Click Assets, then download the the top one, NOT the source code.

3. Extract Mod Engine 2 somewhere onto your PC.

4. Extract the contents of this zip file into the "mod" folder in the same directory as the "modengine2_launcher.exe".

5. Launch Steam once so Steam Services are running.

6. Click launchmod_eldenring.bat to launch the game.

Multiplayer Notice

There is no risk of getting banned. (since no files in game is changed essentially)
