Eccentric's hood - Big Beard

Gives the eccentric's hood a long and wild beard that uses the physics from the marais mask's hair danglies.

Also rounds out the point on the hood, so it looks less like a gnome hat.

Affects the altered version of the helmet.

Per the client's request I changed the masking so the beard is never tucked in regardless of what chest armor you wear it with.

Unfortunately this means that it will clip into certain fat armors.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

Extract the .rar file you downloaded. It contains a "parts" folder, and inside it are the .dcx files of the mod.

Drop the "parts" folder inside Mod Engine 2's "mod" folder. If there's already a "parts" folder from another mod in there, you can also drop the .dcx files directly into it.
