Dragon-Hunter's Great Katana Rebalance

The Dragon-Hunter's Great Katana (DHGK for short) is a cool weapon; however, it is strange that as a weapon designed to fight dragons both lore-wise and game play-wise, it doesn't scale with arcane, as the many dragon communion incantations, spells created by hunting dragons, also do. Furthermore, most dragons in Elden Ring are weak to thrust type physical damage, but the DHGK doesn't have as many Thrust type attacks as Rakshasa's Great Katana.

These discrepancies inspired me to create a mod changing the DHGK so that it gains Arcane scaling, as well as the thrusting heavy attacks of Rakshasa's Great Katana and the extra hyper armor Rakshasa's gives, without the extra damage taken. The DHGK is lined with gravel stone, said to be the rock hard scale of the ancient dragons, who are notoriously difficult to stagger; shouldn't the wielders of their attacks be similarly stalwart? But I digress.

As a form of balancing, the DHGK now gains an Arcane stat requirement in order to wield it, and loses it's blood loss effect, since there are plenty of other arcane scaling blood loss weapons.
