Disabled enemy's respawn after rest and HP MP Regen

- If you rest, enemies will not respawn;

- if you die / teleport, enemies will respawn;

- Crimson Amber Medallion will give you passive HP/FP regeneration (1/2/4 per level)

NOT TESTED fully (did it for myself), but you can safely delete it. I don't have an add-on (Shadow of the Erdtree).

Installation:

• []Make a backup of your Regulation.bin in ...\Elden Ring\Game\

  []Replace it with the file from this mod

• []Install Mod engine 2

  []Extract Regulation.bin from mod inside the mod folder from Mod engine 2

• Launch with Launch_EldenRing.bat

  Known issues:

  - distorted face: I have a character editing mod. Most likely I screwed up the program and transferred the changes from that mod here. Sorry, I don't know how

  to fix it at the moment. - now should be fixed

  For modders:

  - respawn: in regularion.bin - NpcParam - Disable Respawn upon Rest
