Combine Great Runes 2

This is a reimagining of AcepheloSE's Combine Great Rune mod to bring the function to 1. 16.

This mod adds 6 "+1" version of the Great Runes that allow you to activate multiple Great Rune effects.

You will obtain them when you use the divine tower for the corresponding Great Rune.

You can also purchase them from Kale incase you have already used the tower.

They become available after killing the Shardbearer because I couldn't find the right flags to use for restored Great Runes.

This does not have the modified Mohg's Great Rune or the crafting recipes from the original mod(because this version makes them reusable).
