Blooming Rot Sword and Katana

After testing the only attack that doesn't register the second hit is the jumping L1 when dual wielding the curved sword version. Fixing this creates a bigger problem. The ash of war doesn't work. So, I'm going to leave the mod where it is.

I would first like to thank AhkrinTC for allowing me to use their mods. This is a curved sword that has the shamshir move set. It inflicts blood loss and rot buildup on every hit. The ash of war is Waterfowl Dance. There is now a katana version that has the nagakiba move set. The ash of war is unchanged. You can buy an endless amount of both of these at Kalé for a measly 1000 runes. I've provided CSVs for merging and a Regulation.bin for plug and play application.
