Black Blade Samurai and lore accurate Senator Armstrong

Samurai starter class now has an Occult Uchigatana for the best attack/bleed balance, and Rivers of Blood. Because why not.

All Uchigatana infusions have Erdtree's Favor +0, Crimson Amber Medallion +0, and constant Bloodflame Blade effect.

Occult Uchigatana is, along with the mentioned bits, also infused with Black Flame tick damage and Radiant Baldachin's Blessing with it's own VFX replaced with the Black Flame.

Rivers of Blood has a step higher Erdtree's Favor and Crimson Amber Medallion, also deals Bloodflame Blade damage, BUT has Black Blade tick effect and Black Blade VFX infused Ironjar Aromatic. Which does not slow you down, lasts forever, and has no lightning weakness!

Also, second combo of Corpse Piler deals Destined Death health debuff.

Both katanas have a dagger moveset, you can still stack the final variation of Erdtree's Blessing and Crimson Amber Medallion, all damage values/scaling are left untouched, all bleed values/scaling are left untouched, uhhh... I think that's all?

And the Wretch is replaced with Senator Armstrong with 99 health and 99 Arcane, with Occult Caestus (which does now build up bloodloss) and Occult Spiked Caestus, both at highest possible bleed values allowed by the game, all the same infusions as katanas, without any visual effects.

Have fun :D
