How to Install:

- (Recommended) Simply add the "regulation.bin" of your choice into your "mod" folder and run via "modengine2" or

- Backup or rename your vanilla "regulation.bin" and replace it with this mod's "regulation.bin" in the game's root directory (DO NOT USE ONLINE!!!)

- Assuming you have already set up your smithbox app simply import the csv to your "SpEffectParam"
