same as magic "starlight"
if you want to use other regulation.bin, then
1. download https://github.com/vawser/Yapped-Rune-Bear/releases
(I'm not sure if Yapped still works in 2024, if dont, then use https://github.com/soulsmods/DSMapStudio)
2. open software and click "File", then "Open" to open regulation.bin
3. there are 3 column, find "SpEffectParam" in left and then "3245" in middle and then "Effect VFX " in right. change from 5400 to 1414000, so the light type will be changed from torch to starlight
4. "SpEffectVfxParam" in left, "1414000" in middle, "Midst Dummy Poly ID" in right, change from 211 to 905, so the starlight will be moved from above head to belly. (thanks Nastin in posts)
