Better Flasks of Tears

This mod was inspired by Jorb333's Better Healing Flask mod. It uses some of his assets for the healing flasks, so credits go to him.

Description:

The Crimson and Cerulean Flasks of Tears now partially scale off your health and focus, as well as make their corresponding upgrades more viable.

Crimson Flask of Tears new scaling:

• []+0 - 250 HP + 8% of your Max HP

[]+2 - 376 HP + 10% of your Max HP

[]+3 - 439 HP + 11% of your Max HP

[]+4 - 502 HP + 12% of your Max HP

[]+7 - 691 HP + 15% of your Max HP

[]+8 - 754 HP + 16% of your Max HP

[]+9 - 817 HP + 17% of your Max HP

[]+10 - 880 HP + 18% of your Max HP

Cerulean Flask of Tears new scaling:

  Installation

  • []Extract the contents of the mod's mod folder into your Mod Engine 2 mod folder.

    This mod may require merging with msg files and regulation.bin files. If so, use WitchyBND for the msg files and Smithbox for the regulation.bin files. I have included the CSV needed to merge. You will need to manually merge text files yourself.

    If you find that you need to merge your msg files follow the short guide below (Note that I only changed item_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx's Good's files.):

    You will need WitchyBND to unpack the archive first.

    1. Navigate to your Mod Engine 2 mod folder, and inside find your menu folder, click the hi folder and select your original item_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx file, drag and drop it onto WitchyBND's exe file and it will unpack the contents into the folder where the file is located.

    2. Open my mod's files and go into the merging folder, find a folder of the same name of the file you're trying to change, and copy and paste the contents into your original unpacked folder.

    3. Repack the item_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx file with WitchyBND the same way you unpacked it

    Compatibilities

    Incompatible with anything that edits item descriptions. Working on a version that is merged with Dziggy's Deta
