1.03 Nerfed Skills enhanced to 1.02 version

I have noticed a lot of you guys asked 'parameter' and update by yourselves. Sorry to late update. There are elements I touched and address. 

1. Hoarfrost Stomp

A. AtkParam_PC  - Ash Set : 30300860 ~ 30300863

861. stomp motion

863. first wave - damage, damage level ( short stagger )

862. scond wave - damage, damage level ( long stagger )

B. Bullet - Ash Set : 2260~2267 related to 1st wave

2. Transient Moonlight

A. AtkParam_PC  - Ash Set : 303400100 ~ 303400107

100 light bullet attack  - attack correction(POISE)

101 light blade attack  - attack correction(POISE)

105 heavy bullet attck  - attack correction(POISE)

106 heavy blade attack  - attack correction(POISE)

B. Bullet - Ash Set ( you can fine refer to names easily)

3. Night and Flame

A. AtkParam_PC - Ash set  :  300214900 ~ 300214930

toughed damaged.

B. Bullet - Ash set : 2215 ~ 2221

I have amended some shorten duration. except that there was no changed from 1. 03 to 1. 02

About range thing. I am not sure there was no different numbers between 2 versions.

C. SwordArtsParam - FP consumption amended

4. Barricade Shield

A. SpEffectParam - Ash set : 801,803,806,809,811,815

I modified duration / guard defence / guard stability %

B. SwordArtsParam - FP consumption amended

If you try this on-line, you can get a penalty from the system.

Before install this mod, please turn elden ring into offline mode at the title page.

How to install. (Very easy. Just follow below steps.)

1. You should disable Easy anti-cheat yourself.

Anti-cheat toggler and offline launcher at Elden Ring Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

I had prepared disable anticheat.exe file, but it was checked as a virus filed. (Definitely It wasn't, but this happens sometime cause it has fake IP code)  So I just upload without it.

2. Find the folder elden ring installed

Ex)  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\com
