NATO Planes - We Were Brothers

A set of NATO planes made for the We Were Brothers mod, centered around the Yugoslav Wars. You can use this pack if you don’t want to download a 4GB bloat mod for two planes. Current version: Beta 0. 2 To-Do before Release 1. 0: - fix anything based on comments - add a cockpit for the B-52 - improve the AC-130 texture - add custom gunsights - add the AH-64 PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING: - Some of the planes have a special feature to aim guns, missiles, and guided bombs. Here’s how you use it: 1. (optional) Slow the plane down to half-speed or less, this will help with having the shot go to where you want it. 2. Hold the free-look key. (“C” by default) 3. Hold the aim down sights key (“Right Click” by default) and look around. 4. Fire away. These are the planes that have this feature: AC-130, B-52, Mirage 2000, A-10, F-16C (USA), F-117, SEPECAT Jaguar A. For the F-16C/F-117/Jaguar A, the bomb sight is located very far below the plane in order to accurately hit targets whilst at higher altitudes. If you see water through the scope, your plane is at too low of an altitude to use it. - The bomb sight on the B-1B has to be aimed the same way. Simply use free look and look directly downward, then drop the bombs. - None of the planes have landing gear due to the nature of how they were used over Bosnia and FR Yugoslavia. To use them in your missions, place the vehicle spawner for these very high-up. Also, try not to use them in the first phase of your battle, as lag from loading the mission can sometimes make the player spawn late which will make them crash. - For “missiles”, MAKE SURE THE PLANE IS LEVEL. They might detonate against you if you fire them while turning.
