Lifts regional restrictions on kit sponsors

Simple mod that deletes all the restricted regions. Some are restricted for gambling, some for alcohol, etc.

There is several categories. All of them have been set to 0.

How to use:

• []Download Mod Manager[/]

  []Unzip, load the mod as usual and apply[/]

  []Only changes "kit_locale.ini". If you are experiencing issues, ask your modder if he has changed this file.[/]

  []On update, it should still work as long as you don’t reload your Mod Manager mods, so you can ignore the warning. I will provide update to new TU as soon as I can.[/]

  If you have an issue, let me know. I couldn't properly tested as I am in the region that doesn't have any restrictions, but the same mod worked fine last year!
