Public releases available on Nexus represent stable milestones of the project. Between those releases, development continues inside THE LABORATORY, where new gameplay systems are researched, tested and refined before becoming part of future Stable Releases.

The development of v1. 20 was shaped by this process, including the Experimental Builds v1. 10. 01 and v1. 10. 02, which were used to investigate and refine several gameplay systems before their validated developments were integrated into the stable release.

🔬 What is Scientific Gameplay Mod?

Scientific Gameplay Mod is a long-term gameplay overhaul project for EA Sports FC 26 built around a scientific approach to football simulation.

Rather than modifying isolated gameplay mechanics, the project treats football as an interconnected system where movement, tactics, physics, player attributes and decision-making constantly influence one another.

Development combines principles from:

The objective is not simply to make football slower or harder.

Version 1. 20 is the next major Stable Release following the v1. 10 development cycle and incorporates developments investigated and refined through the Experimental Builds inside THE LABORATORY.
