FC26 Ultra DNA System and Restore Generator— V4

This is not a mod file, it's a Lua script (.lua), so it won't show up inside FMM or any mod manager. You don't need to install it like a regular mod.

• []The players keep who they are (original EA playstyles preservation)[/]

With  PRESERVE_ORIGINAL_PS in V4 no longer rebuilds a card from zero. It reads the originals EA playstyles player (squad update july 23) and preserves them, then only adds or refines on top. A Technical midfielder won't lose it just because a stat dipped.  This is the reason why the script is more heavy, the database of the original EA ps is in it.

Playstyle+ is now earned against competition. Instead of "top X% by overall rating," the engine looks at the players who actually carry that playstyle and ranks them by the stat that matters for it. Result: a 90-rated player with a mediocre 71 passing can't fake a Pinged Pass+. The + goes to players who are genuinely elite at that one specific thing.

• []Goalkeepers rebuilt[/]

Keepers now have their own tuning. They can earn outfield-style playstyles  (Long Ball Pass, Aerial Fortress, Intercept, Quick Step; if you want, this is off by default) measured against other goalkeepers, not outfielders.

• []Finer, fairer slot curves (no more OVR "dead zones")[/]

The OVR→playstyle-count ladder went from 9 coarse steps to 19 fine ones, now with fractional slots (e.g. slots = 1. 5). Two 78-rated players no longer get the identical build, the fraction rolls per player, so same-rating players still differ naturally.  The fractional steps is that player's chance to round up (. 5 = 50% ; . 3 = 30%) ; so you can have two players with 77 ovr, one with 4 ps and the other with 5.

The new fractional slots are deterministic: the same player always rounds the same way. You get variety between players, but your results stay stable and predictable across runs.

ALWAYS_FILL_SLOTS means nobody gets shortchanged. If a player can't earn enough playstyles the normal way, the engine fills the remaining slots with their best available candidates instead of leaving the card half-empty.

• [] More PS+, and secondary positions matter more[/]

  - PS+ cap raised from 5 to 6.

  - Secondary/tertiary position weights boosted (0. 3→0. 6, 0. 2→0. 4, 0. 15→0. 2) — a player's 2nd position now genuinely shapes their playstyle DNA.
