The ultimate challenge for players looking for a much harder Career Mode experience.

Hardcore Career is made for those who feel that the base game is too easy and want a career where every decision matters. The goal of this mod is to create a much more demanding experience, making it significantly harder to build a successful club while still keeping the game enjoyable.

Transfers, squad management, finances, player development and team depth all become important parts of your journey. Building a top club from a small team will take time a lot of time and smart decisions.

If you are looking for a Career Mode where building a football empire is a real challenge, Hardcore Career is made for you.

Installation instructions

1. Download the Mod

2. Install FIFA Mod Manager (https://www.fifaeditortool.com/download)

3. Make sure you have the correct EA FC 26 game version installed (you can use rollback tool (https://dl.fifa-infinity.com/fc-25/fc-rollback-tool/)

4. Import the Hardcore Career Mod into the Mod Manager

5. Click launch and enjoy the game!

Transfer Market

• []AI clubs negotiate more aggressively and are less willing to compromise. [/]

  []AI clubs actively try to improve their squads and are more determined to keep their key players. [/]

  []Young and talented players now have significantly higher transfer values. [/]

  []Player sales generate less income. [/]

  []There are now significantly fewer free agents available, and most available free agents have lower rating (especially after the summer transfer window, when AI clubs usually sign free agents). [/]

  []Increased cooldown before you can approach the same player for a transfer again. [/]

Squad Management

  []Players care more about their squad role and become unhappy faster.[/]
