✅ Fixed a bug that caused abnormally tall 12-year-old players. The scouting network now finds players from 13 to 20 years old. Players can be promoted to the senior team from age 15, similar to how Lamine Yamal debuted for Barcelona.

✅ The chance of finding a Platinum-level talent in the scouting network (potential 85–91) has been significantly reduced. Finding such players may now take 1–2 seasons, along with substantial investment of time and money. Other clubs are also actively searching for talents and may discover them faster.

The following changes were suggested by YouTuber MaxWell, who has specialized in Career Mode for many years. We appreciate his ideas and contribution to improving the mod:

✅ Players no longer retire unrealistically early at age 32, even if they are not regular starters. The minimum retirement age is now 34 for outfield players and 35 for goalkeepers. However, players will still retire before the age of 42.

✅ The retirement system for different age groups has been reworked. For example, a player with an overall rating of 77 at age 34 will not retire at that age. Players with an overall rating of 76 or lower may have a chance of retiring.

✅ Rotation and reserve players are now more willing to extend their contracts, which reflects real-life situations.

• Rotation players: contract renewal chance increased from 50–55% to 70–75%

• Reserve players: contract renewal chance increased from 30–35% to 85–90%

✅ The transfer value of young players with high potential has been completely reworked. Previously, player value was based mainly on current overall rating. Now potential plays a much larger role, making it much harder to sign highly promising talents cheaply.

✅ Scouting observation time has been significantly reduced. With modern analytics and scouting technologies, evaluating a player can now take only a few days of observation.
