Better Training Plans (BTP) - Comprehensive Player Development

Are you tired of your "World Class" strikers having the passing ability of a Sunday League amateur? In the vanilla game, training plans are extremely restrictive, focusing only on a handful of attributes and leaving others to stagnate or even decline.

Better Training Plans (BTP) completely overhauls the growth system to ensure your players develop like real-life athletes—improving their entire game, not just three or four stats.

Key Features

• []Realistic Attribute Coverage: Vanilla plans typically only target about 9 attributes per role. This mod expands that coverage to 18-20 attributes per plan.[/]
  • []Holistic Growth: No more "zero-weight" attributes for relevant positions. Every skill that a player in a specific role should reasonably possess will now receive development attention.[/]
    • []Balanced Plan Overhaul: I have adjusted the Balanced Plan modifiers (30 increase / 100 decline) to ensure that even "general" training feels impactful and maintains player sharpness.[/]
      • []Position-Specific Weights: Weights have been meticulously recalculated (ranging from 3 to 15) to ensure that while growth is comprehensive, the most vital stats for a role still take priority.[/]

        Compatibility & Installation

        IMPORTANT PRIORITY NOTE: If you are using this alongside other Career Mode overhauls (such as my other mod BETTER ACADEMY MOD), you must manage your Mod Manager priorities. You must set this mod to lower priority when using it along other mods which modify gameplay (Higher in the list = lower priority)
