Welcome to AGT Ultimate All In One FC 26, a complete Career Mode realism overhaul designed to make Manager Career Mode and Player Career Mode more realistic, immersive, balanced, challenging, and enjoyable than the original FC 26 experience.

This mod is built for players who love Career Mode but feel that the default game becomes too easy, too repetitive, too unrealistic, or too boring after a few seasons. My goal with this project is to improve the areas that the FC community often complains about, such as unrealistic transfers, poor AI squad building, weak player growth logic, bad financial systems, unfair match ratings, unrealistic awards, poor squad rotation, repetitive gameplay, weak youth development, and long-term saves becoming unbalanced.

AGT Ultimate All In One combines many different systems into one complete Career Mode experience. It improves transfers, finances, player growth, youth academy, injuries, stamina, match simulation, awards, morale, contracts, AI lineup logic, manager movement, formations, kits, licensing, and more.

This is not just one small tweak. This is designed to feel like a full Career Mode upgrade.

NEVER PLAY YOUR SAVE FILE WITHOUT THE MOD. 

If FC 26 receives a new title update, it is best not to update the game immediately until the compatible version of this mod is available on Nexus. Playing your save without the mod, or using an incompatible game/mod version, may cause Career Mode issues. For general news, support, and information about the mod, you can also check my Patreon.

If this is your first time using my mod, please start a new career. But if you have already been using my mod (v8 to this newer version) in your save file, you don’t need to start a new career — you can continue playing normally.

This mod uses custom XP, growth, player progression, financial, morale, and squad logic. If you apply it to an existing save that never used this mod before, some player overalls may decrease or behave differently because the game is suddenly reading a different custom progression system.

Starting a new career gives the best and cleanest experience.

Also, please only use one version/file of the mod at a time. Some downloads may include different variants, such as:
