Fix problem with Lightning Bow ZA / ZAMD not reflecting on terrain.
These two blitzes are very fast, which prevents them from reflecting off terrain properly.
This mod lowers the velocity compensation parameter of the blitz to lower the bullet speed and make it easier to cause terrain reflection.
Rest assured that the blitz is originally so fast that the user will not be able to perceive that the speed has been lowered.
