Buffed Prominence MA

Even after the buffs in EDF 6, ranger feels annoying to use on inferno. Aside from several missions seemingly made for him, most missions will have you failing to maintain tempo while being overwhelmed or blinded by fire, stingers, etc. You can't kite as fast as Wing Diver or Fencer, and you can't shell them from orbit like Air Raider. There's also a gap in ranger's single target missile category as the lv43 air tortoise caps out at around 8k damage per shot from an agonizingly slow projectile, not to mention a ten second reload. Yikes. The Emerald is great for hordes, but not so much elites. The Prominence, while fun to shoot, is almost nonviable after the enemies are aggroed because the rocket has to tour the fucking shadow realm before it comes back down to Earth; only to disappear prematurely if the target dies earlier. For some reason, its reload time increases the later versions you get.

This is a modified lv82 Prominence MA. The weapon now has a smaller target box so you can target frogs/aliens within trash groups easier. Also has a faster reload, longer range, faster lock on speed, 5x faster return velocity, and a 2-shot burst for build variety as you can choose the Multi Lock-on gear for single target damage or choose Radar Support/nothing for mixed groups. DPS is significantly higher but I haven't found it to be game-breaking considering the weapon's natural shortcomings; it doesn't work properly underground, can't take out motherships unless you target a ground enemy and line it up perfectly, can easily kill you if you fire close to an object or your enemy approaches you, and still takes around 10 seconds to hit.

The numbers in the menu description won't change because that data is in a different file, and I'd rather not create any conflicts with other rebalance mods by editing that one. Drag and drop the mods folder into the game directory.
