概要

EDF5 MultiSlot Mod は、「EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5」のオンラインルーム上限を通常の4人から最大8スロットまで拡張する実験的なModです。

5人の実プレイヤーによるミッション開始、ゲームプレイ、報酬、ルームへの帰還までの一連の動作は確認済みです。6～8人でのプレイはまだ実験段階です。

このModを使用する場合は、ホストと参加者全員が同じバージョンをインストールしてください。Modを導入していないプレイヤーがいる公開ルームでは使用しないでください。

インストール方法

  []EDFModLoader.zip の内容を、EDF5.exe がある「EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5」フォルダーへ展開します。[/]

  []このModのZIPを同じフォルダーへ展開し、フォルダー構成を維持したままファイルを配置します。[/]

  []「Mods\Plugins\EDF5_MultiSlotMod.dll」が存在することを確認します。[/]

  []ホストと参加者全員のPCに、同じバージョンをインストールします。[/]

  []Steamから通常どおりゲームを起動します。[/]

  主な機能

  • []オンラインルームの上限を4人から最大8スロットへ拡張します（初期設定は8）。[/]

    []4人参加後にEDF5のメニューから招待できなくなった場合、ルームを作成したホストがF4キーを押すと、Steam公式の招待画面を直接開けます。[/]

    []ルームメニューのプレイヤー一覧をマウスホイールでスクロールできるため、5人目以降も確認できます。ルーム画面内であれば、リスト上にカーソルを置く必要はありません。[/]

    []追加スロットに対応するため、ルーム一覧、ミッション参加、スポーン、リザルト、報酬同期に必要な処理を拡張します。[/]

    []ルームのチャット欄にMod名とF4の簡単な案内を一度だけ表示します。この案内はローカル表示で、Steamチャットには送信されません。[/]

    Description

    EDF5 MultiSlot Mod is an experimental mod that expands the online room limit in EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5 from the standard 4 players to as many as 8 slots.

    The current version been tested with 5 players but the code was developed to support 8 players

    The host and every participant must install the same version of the mod. Do not use it in public rooms containing players who do not have the mod installed.

      []Download “EDFModLoader.zip” from EDFModLoader v1. 0. 10.[/]

      []Extract the contents of EDFModLoader.zip into your “EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5” folder—the same folder that contains EDF5.exe.[/]

      []Extract this mod's ZIP into the same folder, preserving its folder structure.[/]

      []Confirm that “Mods\Plugins\EDF5_MultiSlotMod.dll” exists.[/]

      []Install the same version on the host's PC and on every participant's PC.[/]

      []Launch the game normally through Steam.[/]

      Main features

      []Expands online rooms from 4 players to as many as 8 slots (8 by default).[/]

      []When EDF5 stops offering invitations after the fourth player joins, the host who created the room can press F4 to open Steam's official invitation dialog directly.[/]

      []Makes the player list in the room menu scrollable with the mouse wheel, allowing players beyond the fourth slot to be viewed. The wheel works anywhere inside the room window; you do not need to place the pointer over the list.[/]
