Youth Academy Redux

This fifamod is a balanced overhaul of FC 25’s youth system. It makes scouting actually worth your time without going full arcade mode. You’ll find better players, more variety, and a lot less trash, but it still keeps things grounded.

Scout judgement now matters more. Higher judgement brings better players consistently, but even low-tier scouts can occasionally pull future stars. Attribute ranges across the board have been boosted by 25–30%, scaled to scout level.

Weak foot ratings have been improved: expect more 4★ and 5★ players instead of being stuck with 2★ or 3★ all the time. Player tiers have been rebalanced so that youngsters with 65-70 overall show up more often, and 40-overall trash doesn’t flood your reports.

Playstyle count has been massively increased. You can find youngsters with 4 or more playstyles much more often. I also added two key attributes to most youth player types, to make wingers and other types have better attributes like stamina and vision.

Playstyle+ thresholds have also been tweaked. Youth players can get their first playstyle+ once they hit 70 overall, and their second when they hit 80 overall.

Potential ranges are still wide (e.g. 73–94), keeping some uncertainty. Youth players typically start in the high 60s to low 70s at 16–17 years old, and can grow into elite-level talent with development. Playstyle variety and count has also been improved so players feel more unique.

Miscellaneous changes:

- Reduced minimum age for promotion from 16 years old to 15 years old.

- Added tiki-taka, dead ball and relentless playstyles to more player types (fullbacks → tiki-taka/dead ball, CAMs → relentless, CBs → press proven, etc).

- Added some playstyles to the playstyle+ priority pool (deadball+ and relentless+ are more common to see).

This is the realistic alternative to my other mod OP Youth Academy: intricate, smarter, not overpowered.

Install: Apply the fifamod with FIFA Mod Manager and launch the game.
