Player Career Mode Progression Overhaul

Hi, I present to you the PCM mod which touches and changes how the progression for player career mode works.

There are 2 versions of this mod:

A) Balanced - Peak form around age 25–26 (about 8 seasons).

By age 20: lvl 20 (a good prospect, but not outstanding).

By age 23: lvl 30 (already a key player in a top league).

By age 26: lvl 40 (career peak).

By age 30: lvl 47 (team icon).

Lvl 50 reached around 31–32 years old.

B) Dynamic - Goal: Faster development, but still with a realistic peak at 25.

By age 20: lvl 25 (mega talent, hyped wonderkid).

By age 22: lvl 35 (almost at the top).

By age 25: lvl 45 (world-class player, peak).

By age 27–28: lvl 50 (best in the world).

Training:

25% XP amount of the original.

Gameplay:

~25% XP amount of the original (goals and assists or saves/blocks as a gp will still give you decent amount).

XP Levels:

LVL caps adjusted for every 1-50.

SP points not touched so you will be getting 6 with a 2nd lvl (i think it is a sweet boost into the early game) and then 3SP for every lvl.

Compatibility:

Works with most mods, I would suggest to load it as a last MOD. Changes made in files: "player_growth. JSON" , "TrainingXPConfiguration. CSV" , "skill_tree. JSON"

Remember to only load this mod when you want to play PLAYER CAREER MODE
